REPRESENTATIVE WORK
- Successfully defended Bangladesh’s flag carrier airline, Bangladesh Biman, against multiple law suits filed by over 1000 former employees challenging Biman’s Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS).
- Acted for Bangladesh Biman in drafting and negotiating the construction agreement for the construction of its first hangar complex.
- Drafted and negotiated agreements for Biman Bangladesh relating to financing of hangar complex construction and aircraft purchase.
