REPRESENTATIVE WORK
- Currently advising the Chairman of BNS Group, the potential Bangladeshi owners in all matters relating to setting up of a five star hotel in Bangladesh. This will be part of a five star luxury international chain of hotels.Our services include drafting/vetting and negotiating the hotel management contract, chain marketing agreement, gold passport agreement, trademark licence agreements, etc.;
- Advisor to Pan Pacific Sonargaon, Dhaka (Bangladesh’s oldest five star hotel) for decades; services ranged from drafting and negotiating hotel management contracts, renovation contracts with engineering firms, employment contracts, regulatory issues, etc.;
- Reviewed the Construction Management Contract for Novotel in Bangladesh.
