- Opinions on the Premises Rent Control Act 1991 that governs the relationship between landlords and tenants on whether overstay is illegal, grounds for eviction, whether there is a case for deposit of rent with the House Rent Controller, etc.
- Representing landlords and tenants in subordinate courts, the High Court Division and the Appellate Division in all disputes arising out of tenancy: eviction suits, suits for permanent injunction against illegal eviction, etc.
- Negotiating, drafting and giving opinions on tenancy agreements
- Registration of tenancy agreements
