The Hon’ble Appellate Division has directed the Ministry of Education to reopen the two
branches of the Lakehead Grammar School in Dhanmondi and Gulshan within 7 days upon
constitution of a Managing Committee for the school. No evidence of militancy was found
against the current owner, management, teacher and staff of the school. The Managing
Committee is to continue until the Appeal is disposed off by the Appellate Division. Our
partners, Akhtar, Rashna and Reshad successfully represented the school.
